How to use Rule Groups?
Definition
A Rule Group contains multiple "Users" and multiple "Business Rules". All "Business Rules" in a rule group are triggered for all users in the group. Only rule groups marked as "Enable" are active. Users can create multiple Rule Groups, include multiple "Users" and multiple "Business Rules".
How to Use?
Search for Rule Groups in the search bar and open the Rule Groups page.
Click on New to create a new rule group, a rule group card will open.
Enter the code in the "Group" field, the description in the "Description" field, and if you want to enable the rule group, then click on the "Enable" field.
Remember: When the rule group field "Enable" is true, then only the rule group will work.
You can assign multiple users for a Rule Group in the Users tab.
The Rule Group will only work for those users which are assigned to the Rule Group in the Users tab.
You can assign multiple rules for a Rule Group in the Rules tab.
